Dave Hankinson’s Human Resources career includes over 30 years of leadership experience and a strong background in leading and managing change and strategic HR initiatives in complex multi-site and diverse global business environments such as heavy truck manufacturing, shipbuilding, aerospace government, and higher education. Specialties: HR Business Partnering, Succession Planning, Employee and Labor Relations, Performance Management, Legal Compliance, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications, and Lean Manufacturing. Dave’s last position with UTC was a leadership role with multi-site responsibilities for manufacturing locations in West Virginia, Ohio, and California. Successfully drove compliance with any and all corporate and legal requirements. Led change management process after acquisition of Goodrich by UTC and navigated through the rollout of new corporate policies and procedures. Dave has transitioned to a consultant with the Williamsburg Chapter of SCORE, private consulting on HR issues, and volunteering to support other community organizations.
